Glow Summer Camp

The Women Center for Creative Work (WCCW) also partners with Global GLOW to provide an after school program for the 4th, 5th, and 6th-grade girls from Dorris Place Elementary every Friday afternoon from 3:30-5:30pm.  This year’s program will begin Friday, September 22.  Mentors walk students from school to the WCCW workspace as long as parents complete a walking permission slip when they register their students.

Help Support Our Young Authors

Do you want to support our school?

Do you want to read stories by Dorris Place authors?

Do you want to donate something to the students of Dorris Place that will last for years?

This can all be done by purchasing 2 original books written by Dorris Place students. If you purchase 2 books at $10 each, you can choose a book to be donated to our library. In the book it will have your name and students will know that you helped grow our library collection.

Books on sale now in office, get your copy before they sell out.
